Request a Return

Request a return process:

1. Click on the Profile icon in the Store menu, or click here, and then log in to your account to request a return.
      1. 1. Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue”.
      1. 2. In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code from the email.
     1. 3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification.

2. Click Request a Return on the order for which you want to submit a return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the item(s) to be returned.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store to review.
5. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the return is made, the amount will be returned to your payment account in the same manner it was intended within 10 business days, which varies by payment account.

Please note: You can only submit a return request for a shipped or partially shipped order.
