Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy Overview You are entitled to a 30-day return period, which commences from the receipt of your item. For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same unworn or unused condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

RETURN PROCEDURE: If you wish to return an item, please click here to log into your account and then you will be able to initiate a return for a refund on your order.
Alternatively you can contact us at service@poprunlife.com for assistance. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. We do not accept unauthorized returns, or returns without prior request. To request a return

1.、Click on the link and log in to your account. 
      1. 1、Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue”. 
      2. 2、In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code from the email.
      3. 3.、Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2.、Click Request a Return on the order for which you want to submit a return.
3.、If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) to be returned. 
4.、Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store to review. 
5.、Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the return is made, the amount will be returned to your payment account in the same manner it was intended within 10 business days, which varies by payment account.

Please note: You can only submit a return request for a shipped or partially shipped order.

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped or produced. Unfortunately, once the product is on its way, we cannot halt delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon delivery, inspect your order immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, get in touch with us right away so we can make things right. If an error on our part has caused the issue, we will take care of the shipping fees.

Non-returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return. These include used items, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, you must return the original item following our standard return process. Once we accept your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn’t been posted after 15 business days from approval, please reach out to us at service@poprunlife.com.

Additional Return Information

  • Custom-orders or personalized items are final sale after the 14-day period.
  • If the consumer initiates the return, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which will depend on the courier service used.
  • There is no restocking fee for returning a product.
